Nanny Abby Foster has a few special skills, among them stealing. So nicking The Crystal Flacon from its owner should be a walk in the park. It would be, if not for the visions, the conspiracy, and one helluva a sexy man.
When Julie opens a male strip club, the auditions bring in all kinds of talent. She's not expecting to find a man for herself, but she winds up with two gorgeous aliens to choose from. And the wrong choice may cost her life.
Another beautiful, emotional story, A Song of the Sidhe, proves once again that Jeanne Barrack is a master story teller.

My love of fantasy began at the tender age of ten when, stuck in the house because of a blizzard, I ran out of stuff to read! Oh, the horror! Frantic, I got my hands on my older brother's collection of Ray Bradbury's books. "Dandelion Wine", hmmm, just perfect for a snowy day in New York. I was hooked.
My love of romance novels started when I read the galley proofs for a steamy Rosemary Rogers novel. For a brief delirious time, my hubby and I owned a children's book store in Minneapolis and at our first American Booksellers convention we gobbled up any freebies we got, including stuff we'd never sell, like Rogers' book. What a sexy thrill it was - warts and all! It was the beginning of a love affair that has never ended.
Then, dealt a double whammy in 1997 by my mother's death and being downsized from my job, I turned to my dreams for solace. Lo and behold, I created "Silver Fire", a story that combines my two loves of fantasy and sensual romance.Rewrites, edits and writing contests followed. Life and other projects put it on the back burner until 2004, when all spiffed up, I sent it off to Loose Id publishers where we found a home.

I'm a native New Yorker, born and bred in Brooklyn, married for thirty-odd years (and they have been odd) to my high school sweetheart. Is it any wonder I became a romance novelist? I now live on a mountain top in rural Pennsylvania.
Although we haven't been blessed with children, we've had the pitter-patter of little Tibetan Terriers paws throughout our married life. Tibetan Terriers are called the "good luck" dog and they have been for us.
I play guitar and studied voice privately with a coach from Juilliard. I sing everything from folk music to Grand Opera - in ten languages including Gaelic and Hebrew.
My day job involves music therapy for seniors. Over the course of many years I have been inspired and astonished by the wealth of knowledge and experience of the elderly. Imagine meeting a survivor of the sinking of the Titanic and someone who actually knew Tyrone Power!
